While clerking for the firm during her last two years in law school, Erica Tiffany
Davis demonstrated superior organizational, writing, and research ability.
She immediately established herself as one capable of managing multiple, complex
client matters. She works primarily with the Foreclosure, Estate Administration
and Commercial Litigation Departments.

Miss Davis received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Spelman College in Atlanta Georgia. She earned a dual degree in Political Science and English. She was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta, and graduated Cum Laude in 1999. She attended the George Washington Law School, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2002. Erica is the 2002 recipient of the Black Law Student Association's Patricia Roberts Harris Award.
In the summer of 1999, Miss. Davis was selected to become a part of the Georgia Governor's Intern Program, a distinguishing honor for students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, leadership ability, and community activism. For her achievements, she was featured in the summer 1999 edition of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting healthy trade relations between Japan and other nations.
In addition to her scholastic achievements, Miss. Davis continues to have a range
of community interest and involvement. As a member of the Association for Student
Judicial Affairs (ASJA) in law school, she is noted for giving a presentation
on mandatory alcohol education programs in colleges in universities. She is active
with the Spelman Alumni Association, serves as co-chair of the finance committee
for her church, and is an affiliate with the Washington Bar Association. Ms Davis
is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Association,
District of Columbia Bar Association, Montgomery
County
Bar Association, Woman's Bar Association, J. Franklin Bourne Bar Association,
Inc.,
and the Maryland
Trial Lawyers Association.
Miss Davis is admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of Maryland,
State of Virginia, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for
the District of Maryland, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
